Do you ship worldwide?
We are more than happy to ship our goods to any place in the world as long as it is legal to purchase tobacco online in your respective country. Please note that a special tariff will be applied.
Please note that all tax duties while shopping at Bounty Box are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bounty Box cannot be held responsible for any orders with pending taxes, duties, or licenses. Shipping outside of the US involves very expensive tax and customs fee in most of countries. Therefore, refunds, returns and replacements for any reason including lost packages are unfortunately not offered for orders outside of the US.
For sales in the US, you must be 21 years old to purchase our tobacco products and 18 years old for customers outside of the US.
Once an order has been shipped and received it cannot be returned. If there is any problem with the products for any reason, please contact our support team – firstname.lastname@example.org - and they will get back to you with a solution and guide you with further actions to be taken.
Orders that are canceled before the 12th of each month will be fully refunded. If the order was canceled after this date, the order will be fulfilled and the next month subscription will not be charged.
That's too bad! We hope to see you back soon. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note the dates as stated in our FAQ “order cancelation” and be informed of our cancelation dates policy.
All subscription packages leave our facility every month on the 15th, unless it falls on a weekend or religious or national holiday. In these cases, shipment will be out of our facility on the first working day after the 15th.
Order Dates & Shipping Rules
Orders that are being received before the 7th day of each month will be shipped on the 15th.
Orders that are being received between the 8th to the 21th of each month will be shipped out of our facility on the last day of the month which the order was placed.
Shipping is being done by airmail and should take 15 to 21 days.
Yes, we do offer discounts! And we also add different goodies free of charge.
Damaged Cigars Out of The Box
We are sorry to hear your cigars are damaged. Please send us a picture of the damaged goods to: email@example.com and we will make sure that for your next box shipment you will get these cigars with our sincerest apologies.
